OUT OF TIME
Typographic identity and exhibition catalogThis project included designing a typographic identity and a catalog for an art exhibition by the title, Out of Time: A Contemporary View (2006–07). The show is a collection of work that examines the variety of ways that contemporary artists address the experience of time.
What I wanted to accomplish in the design of the title identity was the sense of time and of motion to compliment the subject matter. The way the title is laid out vertically and its words disappearing into a void gestures a vertical motion and the illusion of time running out.
